Welcome Goodbyes are never easy, especially when leaving a work environment that has given me such enjoyment and satisfaction over the last six years (yes, that long - proof that time does indeed fly when you're having fun!). So it is with much sadness, significant trepidation and yet plenty of excitement to say I'm moving on to a new challenge and must bid you all a fond farewell. Working at Hippo has been a superb experience, providing great satisfaction and plenty of good friends… not just the great people that work here on the other side of the ‘booking line’, but also you, our guests, who ultimately are responsible for making our job so enjoyable. I’m happy to confirm that you will continue to receive the best Hippo-care from a most capable and experienced team: congratulations to Warda and Fiona, who, with the support of new Hippo member Caoife D’Arcy, take over the reins. So, my bags are packed and I’m checking out! Thank you all for a wonderful six years and being more family than colleagues and guests! - Elsabe
